Managing Partner
Former lending executive with nearly 20 years of experience across credit risk, originations, structuring, operations, and executive management. Leads Core Vision's strategy and financial management, while also overseeing consulting and advisory engagements. Brings expertise in technology-enabled transformations for secured lenders, including organizational design, process optimization, and collateral monitoring systems, with a current perspective on best-in-class tools supporting the industry.
Kennedy acquired Core Vision in mid-2025 with a clear mandate: to address longstanding challenges in asset-based and secured lending driven by fragmented data, outdated technology, evolving borrower complexity, and a shrinking pool of experienced providers and institutional expertise. She saw an opportunity to use Core Vision as a platform to deliver more modern, risk-focused solutions—grounded in the discipline of due diligence and enhanced by stronger processes, technology, and execution. Kennedy brings nearly 20 years of expertise in secured lending and risk management, shaped by a uniquely broad range of experience across domestic and international lending environments and nearly every function within a lending platform—from originations and underwriting to operations and executive leadership. Having progressed from junior roles to senior and executive positions, she offers a practical, end-to-end perspective on how credit organizations operate and where they break down. She also brings hands-on experience in technology-enabled transformation, including organizational design and process optimization, and maintains a current perspective on best-in-class collateral monitoring tools supporting secured lending. Her approach leverages the firm’s core strength in diligence—risk-oriented, thorough, and grounded in strong financial acumen—to help lenders navigate increasingly complex credit environments with greater clarity and control.
Joann Pignataro, CPA
Head of Collateral Services
20+ years of experience across public accounting, asset-based lending, field examinations, appraisal services, and collateral operations. Leads the firm's due diligence practice, overseeing examiner teams to deliver high-quality work product and a best-in-class client experience.
Joann brings 20+ years of experience in public accounting, asset-based lending, field exams, appraisal services, and collateral operations. She previously built JPMorgan Chase's Collateral Agent Services Group, overseeing syndicated ABL facilities up to $1B and driving compliance and analytics. Over her decade with Core Vision, Joann has scaled the due diligence practice and fostered a culture of excellence. She specializes in complex, multijurisdictional structures and a variety of industries including auto, metals, general industrials, and retail. She is a CPA and based in New York.
Andrew Winter
Head of Operations
10+ years of experience in asset-based and asset-reliant field examination services for both bank and non-bank lenders. Leads firm operations, overseeing examiner scheduling, client onboarding, and team coordination, while supporting training, mentorship, and execution of field examinations.
Andrew brings over 10 years of experience in asset-based and asset-reliant field examination services for both bank and non-bank lenders. Previously with Unified Examiners, Andrew built his own region and team amounting to over $1MM in revenue per annum. In addition to managing certain administrative functions, client onboarding, and national examiner scheduling, he specializes in field exams involving food, agriculture, and wine-related businesses, including seasonal, operationally intensive, and distressed collateral situations. He is based in Utah.

Alejandro brings more than 20 years of ABS and ABL experience in collateral monitoring, portfolio management, and analytics to Core Vision. He previously served as a Senior Analytics Consultant in Wells Fargo's Commercial & Investment Banking division, supporting borrowing base audits, conducting complex data analysis, and performing compliance reviews across diverse industries. His background in collateral management, risk assessment, and team mentorship—combined with a strong focus on data-driven insight and client service—positions him to deliver high-quality support within Core Vision's Managed Portfolio Services group.
